Your brand audit will conducted by Tapiwa Matsinde, an award-winning multi-passionate author, storyteller, curator, and consultant. Tapiwa specialises in craftsmanship and design from Africa. She has served as a mentor on the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women programme and is a contributor to the Homo Faber Guide. Tapiwa is committed to showing artisan business owners how to use branding and storytelling to promote and grow their businesses.

The Artisan Business Brand Audit


A brand audit is an exercise that is carried out to review how well a business is positioned in the marketplace and ensure it performs at it’s best by telling you what you are doing well, and the areas for improvement. A brand audit also reveals how customers view the brand, highlighting whether the brand’s purpose is coming across. The process involves going through all the brand assets ranging from the website, to the marketing messages.

The workshop takes place over Zoom. A link will be provided 24 hours before the start, and you will need access to the Zoom software. You will also be sent a workbook before the workshop starts. The workbook is for use during and after the workshop and is designed to be printed off and filled in by hand or can be filled in digitally using Acrobat Reader, which you can download here for free:

The Brand Audit is priced in both GBP£ and USD$. You can pay for the Brand Audit in most currencies using a bank credit or debit card. You will be given the option during the checkout process. Please note we are unable to reimburse you for any currency conversion fees charged by your credit card issuer.

Yes, you can pay using Paypal. Please ask for the option when finalising your booking.

If you change your mind about having the Brand Audit you can apply for a full refund up to 72 hrs before the start of the Brand Audit, to cancel contact us here. Due to the level of work involved, we are unable to offer a refund once the Brand Audit has started, the same applies after the Brand Audit has been completed and delivered.
